Sharp.com Redesign & Platform Migration

Challenge

Sharp saw an opportunity to modernize its public website, consolidating and elevating over 1,100 pages of content into a faster, more governable, mobile-first platform.

Role

As project manager, I led the end-to-end migration, from content audit through vendor management, partnering with Contentful and Appnovation and coordinating a large cross-functional team to bring the new site to life.

Approach

Working alongside an internal web development team, I managed the move from CommonSpot to Contentful, coordinating the teams and vendors responsible for consolidating 500+ pages, migrating 900 PDFs and 2,000+ redirects, and rebuilding key experiences including Find a Doctor, Locations, and Same-Day Care as reusable, mobile-first components. Mobile represented roughly 60% of site traffic.

Outcome

Faster load times, improved search rankings, stronger accessibility scores, and a content system built for long-term authoring autonomy.
