Emerging Technology with Sharp Ventures

Challenge

As part of Sharp Ventures, Sharp HealthCare's innovation program for incubating and commercializing new health care technology, I'm evaluating next-generation tools for potential system-wide adoption, partnership, and investment. Current focus areas include solutions to improve operating room efficiency and advance emergency-department EKG capabilities.

Role

As project manager for these pilots, I collaborate with hospital and Sharp Ventures leadership, vendors, clinical leads and data analysts to scope, monitor, and evaluate each initiative with rigor and objectivity.

Approach

Own pilot scope, timelines, and metrics. Partner with data analysts to track and convey impact through stakeholder communications. This work aligns with Sharp Ventures' broader strategy around partnerships and technology innovation.

Outcome

Multiple pilots in progress.
